Description

The Submariner Warfare pennant is awarded to vessels whose officers and enlisted personnel who have met the requirements to qualify for the officers’ gold or the enlisted silver submariners’ dolphins.
These Navy Blue flags with either the gold (officers) or silver (enlisted) dolphin emblem, are flown while the ship is under way.
